Juliet Webb is an experienced Marketing Manager. She provides marketing, fundraising and production services.

Liberty Rocks Arts is a partnership with artist Ruby Soho in which they produce touring, interactive live shows and mechanical creations for families and education.

Juliet started out on the organising committee for Come Together Festival in Henley-on-Thames. This was a free festival that ran 2002 - 2006 showcasing local bands, some whom went on to achieve airplay on BBC Radio One and perform in much wider locations including Glastonbury Festival. Juliet held the roles of Event Manager, Treasurer, Volunteer Manager and Programming. Local residents campaigned for a number of years for the festival to return.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Event Management from AUCB 2007. As a student she interned at the mighty Continental Drifts for Chris Tofu and Mel Wilds. It was here on one hot summer’s evening that they took her to St James's Park, to see the Sultan's Elephant by Royal de Luxe, walking the streets of London. In 2011 she would visit the home of the elephant at Machines Des L’ile in Nantes with her best friend and business partner, 3D artist Ruby Soho.

After graduating she became the first Education Officer at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts in Maidenhead. She joined the Festival of Words Consortium with Farnham Maltings and Mark Hewitt of Lewes Live Literature. In 2008 she produced Word on the Street, children’s literature festival which narrowly avoided being named “Gobshite”. WOTS attracted unusually early rising teenagers, mounted on BMX, racing from far afield to sign up for coveted places in the festival’s manga comic drawing workshops, to see live graffiti covering the crisp white walls of the gallery and witness, in his own words, “the weirdest fucking gig I’ve ever done,” by Scroobius Pip vs. Dan le Sac. The festival was voted "Best Young People's Event" by staff at the Arts Council.

She credits her friend and mentor Mary Genis of Culture Mix Arts for guiding her through the difficult early years with great tea and words of wisdom.

She volunteered at the Whale Shark Oceanic Research Centre in the Caribbean in 2010. She then worked as a PA at South East Queensland Water whilst researching and developing a business plan for community development and property regeneration in South Sudan, on behalf of an award winning young, entrepreneurial Sudanese woman.

Juliet is a talented writer and strategist. She believes that business skills and investment are crucial to finding success in the creative industries. She enjoys giving peace of mind by acting as a mission control for getting new work launched. She is highly motivated by brave creations and art for education.
